1 large or 2 small cloves garlic
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard (there is no substitute for dijon)
1 tsp sugar or splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 cup olive oil
Wisk all ingredients except olive oil. Add oil slowly with wisk.
