Home Made Montreal Steak Spice

Dry Rub for 4 Steaks:

2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp black pepper
3/4 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp cilantro (best freshly chopped)
1 tbsp dry dill
1/2 tbsp red peppers 0r 1/4 tbsp cayenne

Mix well and use as a dry rub.
